How have consumers used Online Heath Services in the past 12 months?

Consumers are gaining increasingly active roles in their healthcare services.

38% of consumers looked up health informacion online, 27% used their health provider or  insurer’s website,  26% used a website to make an appoinment, 25% used health apps, 22% stored heath infromation electonically  and 13% participated in an online support group.
